Shipping & Returns


Orders are filled in a timely manner, usually within 1 week. I will contact you if there is a delay. Custom orders may take up to 4 weeks. I will be able to give you a time frame when you place your custom order.

All orders will receive a confirmation as well as a personal email from me that your order has been received. If you do not receive this personal email from me within 48-72 hours after you place your order, please email me and let me know. I strive to give my customers excellent and prompt service and this is one way I can assure you that your order was received by me. You will also receive a shipping date.

Orders will be shipped using Priority Mail through the United States Post Office. All orders within the United States are sent with a Delivery Confirmation tracking number. If you would like to purchase additional proof of delivery or have your package insured, please email me with your request. The customer will be responsible for paying for any additional insurance or proof of delivery.


Your satisfaction is our first priority! If for some reason you are not happy with your order, please contact me by email or by phone. All returns must be authorized by me within 10 days of receipt of your order. Merchandise returned without authorization will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. All items returned must be in the same condition in which they were received. Refunds will not include shipping charges. I take great care in packaging my orders but please contact me immediately if any items were damaged during shipping.
